Q. Why choose us?

A: At Landlord Furniture Co we are, first and foremost HMO specialists. We have a large HMO portfolio around Oldham. We know the hassle and time it takes to furnish properties, especially on a larger scale, simply email us your ideas/ colour schemes and we will do the rest. And if you want to see how we do it ourselves visit us for a brew and Dale will take you on a tour around our properties.

Q. Can I trust the quality of the product?

A: Yes, we pride ourselves on quality. All our bedroom furniture is made by a supplier local to us, not bought in from overseas, we trust our furniture so much we use it all in our own properties. You can even ask us for photo updates of your products on the production line.

Q. Do your sofas, bed and mattresses conform to regulations?

A: Yes, all our beds, mattresses and sofas conform to the necessary “Furniture & Furnishings Regulations 1988” needed for rental properties. Certificates are available upon request.

Q. What do I do if I want to return an item?

A: To Return an unwanted item once delivered, the price will be refunded at our individual item price less 35% repacking and restocking fee.

A: Yes, we do. All sets can be made to customer specifications, however, bespoke orders are non-refundable, so measure carefully beforehand.

Q. What if I need bespoke sizes? Do you provide that service?

Q. Finance option:

A: You can finance all our furniture breaking down the cost into monthly installments over 36 months, its yours to keep at the end.

Q. How long will my order take?

A: Orders take between 10-15 working days to manufacture and deliver, please note orders amended after the final order confirmation has been issued may result in your delivery date having to be changed

Q. What if my property isn’t ready in time?

A: Please make sure decorators and builders have finished before we start. If builders are working on site we will not deliver as any damage to the products due to building work is not covered by your 3-year warranty. If we arrive at your property and the property is not ready and we have to return another day there will be a re-delivery charge of £499 to cover the extra overheads.

A: Our 3-year warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not tenant miss use. All electrical items are covered by the 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
